We are Cowley Brown Recruitment, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

We provide innovative talent solutions to a range of Irish and international clients, with healthcare as our main sector and experience in life-sciences and engineering, and we can work on a retained or contingency basis. We fulfill all required compliance and adhere to 'best-practice' recruitment methodology, and we are active members of the National Recruitment Federation of Ireland.

Our method of operation is to work with our clients and candidates in a simple and up-front manner. We focus on quality rather than quantity, displaying our expertise in securing hard-to-find candidates and being there at every step of the way — genuine end-to-end recruitment.

We specialise in Recruitment, Human Resources, Staffing, Talent Management, Consultancy, Advisory, Compliance, Health & Safety, and Healthcare. We also work on payroll/contract/perm placements on the basis of a fair and reasonable finder’s fee, with a preference for assignment-based work, but in certain cases we also work on a contingency basis.

We have offices in Dublin, Ireland and Fribourg, Switzerland, reflecting our presence in Ireland and Switzerland and our work with Irish and international clients.
