Cruit AS. We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1997 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We specialize in finding IT consultants for temporary assignments and permanent hires. We focus primarily on the Oslo region, but deliver services to the whole country.

We identify IT professionals in the following categories: leaders, project managers, architects, sales professionals, developers, data warehouse consultants, infrastructure consultants, advisers, database consultants, process- and system consultants, and operations and support staff. Our candidates work in advisory, project services, development, operations services and training.

We specialize in recruitment, IT recruitment, structured recruitment, headhunting, and executive search.

We operate in Norway, with a national reach and scope.

In February 2017, we changed the name from Service Broker AS to Cruit AS.
