We are a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Arcachon, France.

We act globally, helping individuals understand their own internal and external biases that create stereotypes and therefore decision‑making that negatively impact the careers of underrepresented people. Our approach is aimed to challenge perceptions, attitudes, behaviours and listening skills through empathy activities to demonstrate how all of these affect us, not only personally but also in the workplace.
