Delta-Mas is a privately held consulting firm operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We are a boutique consultancy specializing in conducting recruitment processes focused on mid-management and key positions, as well as in executing various consulting projects aimed at strengthening the teams of the organizations we work with.

Based on our experience, we design and implement recruitment and human resources consulting processes and programs, which are tailored for each client according to their needs and organizational culture.

Our specialties are headhunting-based selection, training, assessment, and rapid learning.
