Demetra Global Doo, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia.

We consult between potential future employees and employers to facilitate connections and employment opportunities. We have a large base of workers with skilled and unskilled profiles in India, Nepal and Serbia, who are ready to come to Serbia for a selected employer. Our planned partners are factories that have demand for unskilled workers. We are also available to provide skilled workers with experience, diplomas, higher degrees and certificates for chosen positions.

We deliver our services through direct consultation between potential employees and employers, connecting workers from India, Nepal and Serbia with Serbian employers and supporting their entry to work with selected employers.
