Derec, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Halfweg, Netherlands.

We contribute to solving staff shortages within our sectors by placing people in the right roles where they can contribute over the long term and happily. We train new professionals and invest in retraining and various training pathways. As a result, new talent flows into our sectors each year. We also develop renewed solutions, such as our online platform for substitutes, to better connect demand and supply. Because we stand with both feet in our sectors, we know what is happening and with which solutions we can add value for our customers and candidates.

We deliver our services by focusing on practical processes that support durable placements. We place people in the right positions to contribute long term, while supporting training and development pathways and offering tools that improve the match between demand and supply.
