Detektor Executive Search is a privately held recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We help private and public, Norwegian and international companies win their war on talent. We do this through rigorous and demanding executive search processes and management audits.

We have for many years assisted a great variety of industries in filling their needs for senior executives and other key personnel. Yet, the bulk of our assignments lies within energy, industry, technology, finance/insurance, professional services and public sector.
