We are a public company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We have an ambition that is simple: we identify and attract economists on the market and we aim to exceed our clients' and candidates' expectations. We help organisations reach their goals by recruiting the right specialists and leaders. We take our clients' trust very seriously.

A prerequisite for our work is that our consulting managers, recruitment consultants, and talent managers themselves have worked in roles such as chief financial officers, auditors, business controllers, or accounting professionals. This creates conditions for quality and understanding, whether you engage us for a consultancy or a recruitment service. We are a company run by economists for economists.

We operate in Sweden and Norway, with presence in Stockholm, Södertälje, Gothenburg, Borås, Malmö, Helsingborg, Uppsala, Västerås, Oslo and Stavanger.

We are a sister company to Dfind IT, which specializes in IT, and to Dfind Science & Engineering, which specializes in natural sciences and technical engineering.
