DigitalPersonal is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We specialize in recruiting people with digital competencies within our core areas, providing specialist staffing and career guidance. We work across the media, PR and communications, sales and marketing industries. Our clients range from large agencies and media to businesses in general.

We have built a strong network in the market and possess good knowledge and understanding of the markets we recruit to. This enables us to find the right candidate for the role, while giving candidates confidence that we know what will be required in the job. Our core values lie in acting orderly and professionally in the process, and we are committed to maintaining a close dialogue and providing good and honest feedback throughout the process.

We also offer consultancy services. We can assist organizations with HR, onboarding and leadership, as well as specific client support in the digital field. After several years in the industry we know there can be urgent needs for extra hands, and we can quickly step in to support tasks within SEO, SEM and social media.
