We are Discover Human Capital, a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and our headquarters are in Lisbon, Portugal.

We are a freelancer-oriented consultancy brand focused on practical solutions tailored to the specifics of each client. Our offerings cover the areas of strategic management of Human Capital and organizational behaviors, always emphasizing that people are the key element in differentiating the service or product and in the path to the success of any company.

We analyze the challenge, diagnose the causes, and formulate and implement the specific solutions for each case, always using best practices and applying them in a harmonious way. We provide support in performance evaluation, organizational climate study, succession management, strategic management of Human Capital, competency management, and recruitment and selection.
