Elaf Consulting is a privately held recruitment and human resources company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry.

We were set up by Omanis to support the continual growth and success of the Omani economy. We maintain a database of Omani talent in and around the Sultanate as well as ex-pats with specialist skills developed within the GCC, Europe and the rest of the world. We work with local and international companies to identify the talent that their businesses need in an increasingly competitive market. Apart from recruitment, we offer consultancy services that help businesses grow, retain and train their own people. From leadership training to psychometric testing to performance frameworks, we provide the tools and expertise to maximise the potential of people.

To deliver our services, we identify talent for clients by leveraging our database and networks, engaging with clients to understand staffing needs and the roles required. We deliver recruitment services and provide consultancy support as appropriate, including leadership training, psychometric testing and performance frameworks.

We operate in Oman and collaborate with local and international companies to connect talent with opportunities.
