We are Electus Rekrytering & Interim, a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1996 and are headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden.

We have been involved in over 5,000 recruitments since our start in 1996 and know the importance of placing the right person in the right role and how to form a winning team. Through our extensive network we reach the right candidates, candidates who can contribute to our clients' success. We manage the entire recruitment process from profiling to signing the employment contract with our candidate, including advertising, interviews, personality and performance testing, reference checking, background screening, presentation and assistance with salary negotiations.

We offer temporary staffing for warehouses, workshops, and offices. We support you during peak order periods, vacations, absences, or when regular staff are ill. Since our start in 1996 we have staffed companies to help them reach production targets, fulfill customer orders, and strengthen their business. In many cases, when we rent out staff, our customers choose to take over our personnel after the assignment.
