Elite For Recruitment Company is a public company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Amman, Jordan.

We were established as the first specialized recruitment company in Jordan, and we apply Total Recruitment Solutions in the Middle East and abroad across private and public sectors. We recognize the importance of human resources in recruitment management and work organization.

We deliver our services by coordinating the joint efforts of contractors, consulting engineers, owners, investors and clients, and by applying fast-track planning and recruitment control concepts. We have also applied environmental management principles to recruitment.
