We are EMA Partners Switzerland AG, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1985 and are headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland.

We search for personalities who want to make a difference. We support companies in their search for leadership personalities and have been owner-managed since our founding in 1985. We place great emphasis on the specific search requirements and on high process quality. Our multilingual team has long-standing experience in recruiting leaders and brings proven industry and management experience. We also have a strong network in the Swiss market and, through collaboration with international partners, access to a global talent pool. We work with national and international companies. Our clients include owner-managed companies, publicly traded corporations, private equity firms, foundations, administrations and associations. We work across industries. Our collaboration with customers, candidates and partners is based on appreciation, trust, continuity and an interest in people. We live these values by also advising after a successful mandate. Since 1992 we represent EMA Partners International in Switzerland, a worldwide network of independent executive search and leadership advisory consultants.
