We are EmpleoAraba, a partnership operating in the human resources industry, headquartered in Vitoria, Spain.

Our purpose is to reconcile the supply and demand of employment in Álava, providing direct intermediation with companies and offering guidance and complementary training to address the short-term staffing needs of Álava-based businesses.

We deliver our services through direct intermediation with companies, advising unemployed individuals to adapt their training profiles and professional competencies to the needs detected in the job market, and by integrating the CVs of job seekers into a database that enables us to identify suitable candidates for the profiles requested by local employers and to connect the two sides.

We operate in Spain, with activities centered in Álava.
