Emploii is a privately held recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We are a recruitment portal for the real estate industry, and we operate across Norway. We are Norway's only niche company with specialized expertise in real estate, and we work to find the right people for the right positions, while safeguarding the interests of both candidates and clients. We actively work to facilitate favorable terms for both parties.

We work hard to be price-competitive and are very competitive with the large staffing and recruitment companies. We know what it takes to fill a vacant position, and we have the experience that distinguishes the truly good candidates.

Since 2015 we have built a solid track record with many hires, including managing directors, heads of departments, real estate agents, real estate agent trainees, back office and sales support. Feedback from both candidates and employers is very positive, and we are proud of that.
