Encuentraempleo.co is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

We are a platform designed to support students in finding the internship they long for, as well as graduates who wish to improve their field or who simply want to seek employment.

We support companies to find the human talent they require with profiles suitable for their roles, and we provide our enterprise training line in NLP, human development, workplace climate, customer service, among other topics.

Our platform is user-friendly and enables quick and easy registration, searching, and posting of vacancies.

We act as an intermediary between providers and seekers of internships and jobs.
