We are EnterZone Otevřená akademie, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We are a pre-incubation academy that uses interactive trainings, workshops, online courses, mentoring, and, above all, coaching to create space for self-discovery, personal development, and finding one's own project or place in life. We are a group of enthusiasts in personal development and entrepreneurship. We run our own projects and businesses, and we connect experienced and aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators. We want to open space for people who want to discover and develop their talents and gifts, and who want to connect and co-create socially meaningful projects or supportive communities.
