Ergo HR is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We are here to take the load off hiring companies and to support job seekers in finding satisfactory work. The initial sequence is conducted online to spare our clients' time and effort. The second part consists of live interviews, either at our office or at our client’s location, taking into consideration the most convenient alternative for our client.
