We are Executive Compass Limited, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 1996 and are headquartered in Georgetown, Malaysia.

We were recognised as a member of the IACPR in 2002. We carry out executive search and recruitment assignments for a range of clients, drawing on extended global reach, industry and regional expertise, functional depth, proven research and recruitment methodologies, and a strong client focus.

We deliver our services through research-driven recruitment methodologies and a client-focused process, applying industry and regional expertise and a global reach to assignments.

We operate in Malaysia, with offices in Georgetown, Penang, and Kuala Lumpur.

Our clients are spread globally and we have carried out search assignments in all major geographies.
