We are EXTERNJOB, a self-owned recruitment organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Dej, Romania.

We specialise in finding candidates and matching them with client businesses. Our recruitment strategies, using different screening, sourcing and selection approaches, have given us the opportunity to identify strong and skillful candidates for clients’ businesses. Our strong work ethic has given us the chance to understand better the needs of both clients and candidates seeking job opportunities.
