We are Findy Inc, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We are a startup that uses machine learning and natural language processing technology to provide innovative human resources services, with a focus on engineering recruitment.

We deliver Findy, a premium recruitment service for highly skilled engineers; Findy Freelance, a guaranteed unit-price referral service for freelance and sideline engineers; and Findy Teams, a SaaS that helps to improve the productivity of engineering organizations. We have just under 30,000 registered users across Findy and Findy Freelance, and more than 300 client companies. In June 2019, we raised 200 million yen in funding. We will continue to expand our business by strengthening our recruitment efforts for both business and technology side members.
