I am Joshua Gideon, and I am the Founder and Director of Fix By Shinee, a subsidiary of Shinee Marketplace LTD Fix By shinee is the first Managed Freelance / Job platform where people who get jobs do not need to hunt for Job they get job by availability and in-house matching (Their profile and sample are displayed as portfolio unanimously, the employer post job with any of the samples or profile, the system gives the job to the freelancer) this is our plan and what we are building Why? Every freelance or job platform have these issues I will mention and we have solved it all with Fix 1. Under payment 2. Under delivery 3. Africans are misrepresented 4. Fraud With our management, employer pays Fix, fix assigns job, employee finishes Job and fix pays the employee Physical Jobs are matched between Premium Members (Employers and Employees)
