We are Flexit, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We focus our service on filling mid- and senior-level positions, and our offering includes researching potential candidates and their interest in changing their employer, initial screening, carrying out detailed interviews, and testing position-specific competences and expertise, as well as any other steps our customers might require to undergo.

Identifying and attracting such candidates requires a careful approach and high levels of confidentiality. We value the time of both parties and organize the selection process in strict compliance with the customer requirements and needs. We have a wide range of contacts, allowing us to present a selection of candidates whom we believe to conform to all requirements and fit the company culture of our customers.
