focus50plus, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland.

We collaborate with our network partners from business, science, education, and politics to help companies harness the workforce potential of employees and job seekers aged 50 plus in the labor market through differentiated and forward-looking generations management. We also engage in advocating for optimal political, legal, and economic frameworks to create the necessary room for flexible and innovative working models in companies and to secure the long-term competitiveness of the Swiss economy.

We deliver our work by collaborating with our network partners from industry, science, education, and policymaking to support companies in implementing differentiated and forward-looking generation management, with a focus on unlocking the potential of workers aged 50 plus.
