Foreign Personnel Service is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Łódź, Poland.

We are a Polish recruitment agency that focuses on sourcing workers from Eastern Europe and Asia. We recruit production line staff and mid-level specialists for manufacturing, processing, logistics, and related sectors, including home appliances, automotive, and electronics.

We deliver our recruitment services by ensuring a process without intermediaries, carried out by staff at our foreign offices in Ukraine and Georgia or by licensed, experienced partners in Vietnam.

We specialize in international recruitment, HR partner services, ethical recruitment, personnel selection, and work outsourcing.

We operate across Poland, Ukraine, and Vietnam.

Our clients include Polish factories. We do not charge candidates any fees, and our process aligns with ethical international recruitment standards.
