We work with clients to provide executive search and recruitment services. Executive search is a direct, tailor-made search for management and professionals and is based on trust, quality, discretion, and seriousness. Recruitment offers a fast solution to hiring needs and follows a process similar to executive search with additional database search; a previously agreed fee is due after the selected candidate signs an employment contract. For candidates, we recognize past experiences with many interviews and lack of follow-up; we strive to provide personal engagement and avoid automated rejection messages and to understand your situation. We offer psychodiagnostics with the Success Insights tool to reveal strengths, performance prerequisites, preferred behavioral styles, motivators, and potential. We provide career counseling to help start your career and reduce fear of rejection at interviews. We provide training on the Labour Code and related legal provisions for HR and managers. We provide HR administrative services covering all administrative tasks arising from employment relationships. We offer external HR services to improve or ensure all or part of a company's HR processes. We engage in activities such as analysis and design of development needs, mystery shopping, training, sales management systems, operation of the TTI Success Insights license, coaching (individual and group), AC/DC programs, motivational programs, compensation and benefits programs, and consulting.
