Forum HRD Bekasi

Forum HRD Bekasi is a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Bekasi, Indonesia.

Forum HRD Bekasi began in September 2007 as a HRD professionals community in Bekasi, Karawang, Purwakarta and surrounding areas, born from a strong desire to learn, share, and connect at EJIP Cikarang Selatan. At its inception the community was named Forum Komunikasi HRD EJIP, with members limited to HRD professionals. Over the next two years the community grew rapidly through a variety of learning programs whose impact was felt by HRD managers and HRD practitioners from outside the EJIP area. To accommodate members living outside EJIP, the forum changed its name to Forum HRD Bekasi, expanding membership to include: Lippo Cikarang Industrial Estate; Delta Silicon Cikarang; BIIE Cikarang; Jababeka Cikarang; Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) Deltamas Cikarang; KITIC Serang Baru; MM2100 Cibitung; KIIC Karawang; Surya Cipta Karawang; Mitra Karawang; Indotaisei Karawang; Bukit Indah Cikampek; Pulogadung Jakarta; Gobel; De Prima Terra Industrial Estate Bandung. Our vision is to become the main reference for investors in Bekasi, Karawang, Purwakarta and surrounding areas in managing the role of human resources in companies. Our mission is to provide services through activities that support the enhancement of the HR role in companies.

Our approach centers on delivering services through activities that support the enhanced role of HR in companies, including programs and activities designed to foster learning and professional connection among HR professionals.
