Fourlead, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We began as a job portal in 2019 and introduced a behavioural assessment for candidates, so profiles include behavioural insights. Employers can specify the behavioural demands of a job to increase transparency of requirements, and we offer a workplace cultural assessment for job seekers to assess their current employers and gain additional insights.

We pivoted to transform the business into an executive search firm in Malaysia after identifying a specialised niche at iBESPEAK in 2021. We use the systems we developed over the past two years to empower our consultants to perform better talent mappings and provide more suitable talents to our clients. We strive to minimize post-hiring shocks constructively and scientifically by providing greater transparency around company culture, job behavioural demands, and talents' behavioural insights to manage expectations for both parties.
