Future in Lisbon

Future in Lisbon is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

We exist to offer individuals the opportunity to shift their professional careers by starting a new life in Portugal. We select candidates to join the customer service teams of multinational companies, and, when a CV meets the required criteria, we guarantee a first phone interview directly with the recruiters from the company. They will handle the candidacy and any subsequent interviews.

We work with recent graduates seeking their first job, with individuals who want to enrich their CV with international experience and grow professionally with multinational brands, and with senior professionals who have lost employment or wish to restart in a new field.

We operate in Portugal, with Lisbon as our main work location and a smaller number of projects in Porto.
