We are Gespas, a self-employed recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Bilbao, Spain.

We specialize in personnel selection for engineering and information technology, with the aim of having a client company in Germany hire you. There is no subcontracting or outsourcing; you will be employed directly by the client company rather than by us. We assess your candidacy and, if it is of interest, we interview you and look for a company in Germany that matches what you want and what they need. We adapt your documentation to German before sharing it with the potential employer. If they want to interview you, we will prepare you for it. The trip to Germany would be funded by the company. Most importantly, our service is completely free for you.

Our approach is to guide candidates through a transparent, process-focused workflow. We evaluate candidacies and, when appropriate, coordinate interviews and identify the match in Germany that aligns with the candidate's goals and the employer's needs. We tailor documentation to German standards before presenting it to the client and provide preparation for interviews as required. If interviews are arranged, travel arrangements fall to the client company.
