We are Ghuman & Co., a self-employed recruitment agency operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2025 and are headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

Our purpose is to specialize in finance recruitment, bringing deep expertise in the finance sector to our work with clients and candidates. Unlike many traditional players in the sector, we have a substantive background in finance, which makes our communications with clients and candidates not only smoother but more substantively informed.
