GITP, we are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1947 and are headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Our purpose is to help organizations and individuals function better in their professional and societal environments. We do this by providing insight into talents and qualities and by enabling development. Our ambition is to be the defining player for insight and development of organizations and individuals, and we seek to actively and recognizably respond to societal developments and to stay at the forefront of innovations in business sciences and psychology.

We deliver our services by applying our expertise across a range of specialties, including human resources development, assessment, coaching, recruitment and selection, outplacement, training, employee representation training, advisory services for works councils, services for executives, interim management, organizational development, talent analytics, and HR analytics.

We operate in the Netherlands from multiple locations, including Amsterdam, Groningen, Hengelo, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, Utrecht, Apeldoorn, Ede and Maastricht.
