Globis is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Oudsbergen, Belgium.

Our focus lies on the themes of communication and leadership. We offer four ways to work around these areas, and combinations and variants of these methods are always negotiable. We provide on-the-job coaching, potential assessment, process facilitation, and training. We are Qfor-certified and recognized as a service provider under the SME portfolio, and we are eligible for paid educational leave.

We work tailor-made, at different levels: at the level of your company and at the level of the individual. We start by mapping strengths and focus points. We translate this into a personal report and provide feedback to the company. Based on this, we determine the focus of the program. We conclude by documenting the evolution in a personal report, which also describes coaching tips. In this way, we sustain the transfer to the workplace.
