We are goTaskU (previously known as Foundza), a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

We aim to make finding a job or your next on-demand hire as simple as finding a match on Tinder, a ride on Uber or the most suitable flight on Momondo. With our goTaskU mobile app, this is exactly how job search works. In a nutshell, as a worker you can find a job quickly when you need one; and as an employer you will find a worker to fill a short-term need in less than an hour. We want to help the unemployed to work, gain experience and earn whilst the over employed can easily give up some of their non-core tasks, focusing on their families, freetime, hobbies, health. By balancing the mismatch we make people happier, healthier and in the end more efficient too. We want to change how people think about work - career is not about working full-time for decades in the same place, but a collection of shorter and longer projects you carry out for various employers. This kind of approach is not only for low-level jobs, it is happening in every vertical and industry.

Through the goTaskU mobile app, we connect workers with on-demand opportunities and support employers in filling short-term needs quickly, including situations where a short-time worker is required in a timely manner.
