We are Grupo Alto Potencial, a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.

AP Career Advisor offers coaching and workshops to professionals seeking employment to accelerate their entry into the job market, for professionals with or without experience, whether employed or not. AP Executive Search conducts executive and managerial searches with the highest standards of confidentiality, and we are recognized for our distinctive search methodology that has left clients and candidates satisfied with our service. AP Quick Staff addresses recruitment and selection needs quickly for volume or project requirements for basic, operational or administrative positions, in less time and with high effectiveness. We also specialize in executive headhunting—strategic executive searches for any sector and company size—and Start Ups, where we act as a strategic partner to executives to supply talent and launch ventures in Mexico.
