Hald HR Consulting ApS is a self-employed organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Vallensbæk Strand, Denmark.

We are bridge-builders between ambitions and opportunities, and we are a trusted partner in value-based and sustainable recruitment. For more than 20 years we have created meaningful connections between passionate individuals and the right job opportunities, and we have supported long-term placements.

We understand people and the deep values that motivate and retain them. We are curious about mental health, look around candidates, and read between the lines. We focus on competencies, but we are mindful that people are hired for competencies, and fired for behavior. We are specialists who have walked in the same shoes as our candidates.
