We are Hartelius Human Resource, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Helsingør, Denmark.

When working with people, our guiding principle is that we should hire the right employees and get the right output from them—not more from employees. We recognize that employees are the company's most important resource. We understand that employees at many workplaces are under significant pressure, and pushing them further does not create value for either the company or the employees. Instead, we identify their core competencies and put these to work. We focus on attraction, retention, development, and exit.

We deliver HR solutions, including HR interim, HR part-time, and HR ad hoc services. We also provide recruitment, coaching and career guidance, and outplacement.
