We are Helder Maritiem, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands.

We are a young and modern full service crewing agency based in Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands. We provide competent crew from our ‘global’ pool network, selected and/or recruited based on client requirements for ad-hoc vacancies and long-term crew. We provide qualified and experienced seafarers from ratings to top officer positions, for all types of vessels and all types of industries. With our years of maritime experience we are specialized in offshore and renewable industry, dredging, civil construction and towage.

We deliver our services by coordinating placements from our global pool network and by selecting and/or recruiting crew based on client requirements for both ad-hoc and long-term needs. We match qualified and experienced seafarers from ratings through to top officer positions with vessels and industries across the maritime sector, guided by our practical maritime experience.
