Henkilöstöpalvelu Heimo Oy is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Lahti, Finland.

We create a new culture of work and service. Our aim is to find the right amount of work for capable people—no more than necessary, but enough for the need. At the same time, we ensure that the employer gets the work done. We do this a little differently: by genuinely caring for people.
