We are Hibernia SAL, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon.

We have been operating as an international recruitment consultancy for over 12 years. We specialise in end-to-end project management on the client side and provide a thorough service to our candidates. Delivering on multi-vacancy projects across divisions helps us understand client culture. We deliver on-site project management consultancy for extended periods, support clients through hands-on recruitment drives, and provide practical advice. To candidates, we conduct thorough pre-screening and interview performance insights and share information about the positions and client culture to support success.

We also work in High Rise, Industrial, Rail, Infrastructure, Real Estate, HSEQ, Quality, Hydro, Dams, Sustainability & Facilities Management positions, and offer International Search & Selection, Recruitment and Head hunting. We also work on-site with clients to provide consulting solutions and fresh approaches to recruitment.
