hired!bcn, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

We present a talent acquisition conference that covers all topics related to the acquisition of talent in the digital era, end to end. We provide opportunities to learn from sourcers in Europe and to be inspired by companies.

We organize and deliver the conference through an end-to-end format, focusing on presenting the topics and sessions that cover the full spectrum of talent acquisition.
