HiRo.by is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Minsk, Belarus.

Our main task is to provide a convenient anonymous platform for finding IT jobs. We are convinced that the job seeker should decide whom to interview with, rather than recruitment agencies, and, as the most important link in the hiring chain, the job seeker may receive their own bonus.
