HOMUS is a self-employed entity operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Reggio Emilia, Italy.

We provide personal, professional, and sports consulting, as well as personal and corporate training, and recruitment and selection of personnel. Our consulting provides the direction and the path to recover or restore effectiveness within one’s existential plan, which expresses itself in professionalism, emotional life, and general interests.

Homus Training is the ongoing search and construction of one’s inner project that is expressed outward, with the aim of remaining in line with one’s competencies and intuitions that express themselves in actions in the working and private life, and with goal-oriented planning. Tools used include psychological interview, cinelogia, immagogia, classroom instruction, group activities, role-playing, and weekend training. Our recruitment and selection of personnel, in collaboration with various studies in the sector, has the aim of identifying the person with the right mindset for the company that is seeking.
