Howdy Oy — we are a privately held company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Lahti, Finland.

We know you want to provide your employees with a good workplace and to take care of them in the best possible way. We help promote employee wellbeing and build a healthy culture when you need to prioritise your time on other tasks or when external perspective and expertise is required. Our HR Partners come in when you need temporary help with HR tasks or want a part-time HR professional to support leadership and managers in taking on HR responsibilities.
