HR Bridge

We are HR Bridge, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia.

We are an European recruitment agency that helps European companies recruit nationals from South Asia. Our activities focus mainly on Poland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Lithuania, but we are ready to recruit in most European countries.

We have our own offices in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, the Philippines and Nepal, which allows us to conduct quality recruitment and personally vet all candidates. Employees from Nepal and neighbouring countries are a good solution for every employer in Europe today. Our company creates a bridge that connects the employer with the employee over a distance of 7,000 kilometres.

Our geographic focus centers on Poland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Lithuania, and we are ready to recruit in most European countries. We recruit nationals from Nepal, India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
