We are HR Mentor, a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Sijsele, Belgium.

We are the product of years of experience in seeking, selecting, and developing human capital. We differentiate ourselves in the market through our knowledge and experience in personnel matters, and by listening, thinking along, and understanding your direct needs, which require insight and experience and are our daily concern.

We specialize in recruitment and selection for both clerical and blue-collar roles, outplacement guidance, career advice, assessment, outsourcing, and HR support. We operate as a generalist office across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on the SME sector.
