HEM – Human Employment Management (ПП “ХЕМКОНСАЛТ ТРЕЙДІНГ”) is a privately held recruitment agency operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Brovary, Ukraine.

We specialize in recruitment of blue-collar workers for temporary work abroad, with a focus on Poland, the Czech Republic and other EU countries. We are a licensed agency — License No. 1473 — issued by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. Our primary activity is temporary staffing for either single, large-volume or ongoing staffing requirements. We recruit at all employment levels and across a broad range of employee categories and sectors. The service lines we offer include temporary staff recruitment; volume-based recruitment; HR consultancy services; visa opening services for candidates; translation services. A range of stand-alone services includes ad copywriting and media placement; resume screening and shortlisting; telephone screening and shortlisting; reference checking; interviewing.
