Humanpersi

We are Humanpersi, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

We are a team of consultants with solid experience in human resources performance improvement, in Portugal and abroad. We have among our professionals the first Portuguese certified in Human Performance Technology by the International Society for Performance Improvement (Certified Performance Technologists).

We provide services across the following specialties: assessment and development centres, management appraisal, coaching and mentoring, HR advising, human performance and change management, organizational diagnosis, performance appraisal, job design, job analysis and compensation systems design, customer experience and Net Promoter Score improvement, and search and recruitment.

We operate in Portugal and abroad.
