We are ICT Integral Creative Thinking, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico.

We were founded to offer consulting services to organizations by implementing strategic solutions through good practices with a human touch to generate trust and value for our clients. We currently offer our services as follows: Organizational Development (diagnostics and interventions) to support organizations in their strategies, leadership, improving communication, integration of teams, culture, etc.; Definition of the mission, vision, values and strategic plans in organizations; Implementation of the concept of Innovation to help organizations offer products and services attractive to their clients in a sustainable way, through disruptive methodologies; Management of organizational changes to help employees during the implementation of new projects, information systems, methodologies such as SAP, ISO standards, COBIT5, ITIL, information security, COSO, etc.; Design and implementation of corporate governance, internal control and processes using references such as COBIT5, COSO, etc.; Design and implementation of systems for the administration of Information Security using ISO 27001 as a reference; Consulting for risk management in organizations such as COBIT5, ISO 31000, etc.; Audit of general IT controls.
